Agency guide
Cherry Agency Registration and Commission Guide
A Cherry agency recruits hosts to the platform and earns a weekly commission of 15% to 40% on their eligible earnings, depending on the weekly earnings tier reached. This guide covers the full commission table, the payment schedule, sub-agency rules and the questions to settle before you register.

What a Cherry agency does
The recruiting materials describe an agency as the party that brings hosts onto the Cherry app. The agency's income is a commission based on the weekly earnings of the hosts linked to it. The more those hosts earn in a week, the higher the commission tier.
The materials focus on commission and payments. They do not set out a detailed list of agency duties. In practice, a host's results affect the agency's commission, so it makes sense for agencies to help their hosts understand the conduct rules and avoid warnings. Ask us to confirm any formal agency responsibilities before you register.
How the policy describes commission
Commission is set by weekly host earnings tier. Each tier has a threshold (for example, $1,000+) and a percentage (for example, 20%). Commission is calculated every week and credited to the agency wallet.
Cherry agency commission table
The complete tier schedule as listed in the supplied recruiting policy.
| Level | Weekly host earnings threshold | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| Level A | $300+ | 15% |
| Level B | $600+ | 18% |
| Level C | $1,000+ | 20% |
| Level D | $2,000+ | 25% |
| Level E | $5,000+ | 35% |
| Level F | $10,000+ | 40% |
The table lists rates from 15% to 40%, but the explanatory examples in the same document use 10%. We have not chosen between them. Ask us to confirm the rate that applies to your agency before you rely on either figure.
The policy does not say whether a tier rate applies to the whole week's earnings or only to the amount above each threshold. It also does not state any rate for weeks below $300. We do not assume an answer to either question, which is why this page has no commission calculator.
Which earnings count towards commission
The policy lists three categories of host earnings that count towards agency commission.
Paid calls
Earnings from hosts' paid calls. Ask us to confirm which call types count.
Gifts
Earnings from gifts that users send to the agency's hosts.
Text chat
Earnings hosts make from text chat.
Weekly calculation and wallet credit
Commission is calculated on Monday at 7:30 AM IST and credited to the agency wallet every Monday.
A balance in the agency wallet is not the same as money in your bank account. To receive it, the agency submits a withdrawal request, which goes through a separate review.
Withdrawal review versus actual payment
The policy says agencies, like hosts, can request withdrawals. Requests are reviewed within three working days, and payment follows approval. Holidays can cause delays. Bank transfer is listed as a method.
"Reviewed within three working days" does not promise that the money will reach your bank within three days. The review section of the policy also states its times in UTC+8, not IST, so check which time zone a deadline refers to. Read the withdrawal rules for hosts and agencies for details.
Weekly cycle
- During the week: your hosts earn from calls, gifts and text chat.
- Monday, 7:30 AM IST: agency commission is calculated.
- Monday: commission is credited to the agency wallet.
- After that: you can request a withdrawal, which is reviewed before payment.
7:30 AM IST is 10:00 AM UTC+8. We give this as a time-zone conversion only. It does not mean the two schedules are linked.
Sub-agency commission
The policy describes a second layer of commission: an agency can earn 10% of the weekly commission of qualifying sub-agents working under it.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Sub-agent's weekly commission | $500 |
| Sub-agency share | × 10% |
| Paid to the parent agency | $50 |
This is 10% of the sub-agent's commission. It is not 10% of the sub-agent's host revenue. In the example, the sub-agent's hosts would have earned considerably more than $500 for the sub-agent to receive $500 in commission.
The policy refers to "qualifying" sub-agents but does not clearly state the minimum requirement to qualify. We have not confirmed it.
What to confirm before registering an agency
These questions are not fully answered by the supplied documents. Ask them in your enquiry and get the answers in writing before you commit.
- Which commission rate applies to you: the 15%–40% table or the 10% used in examples?
- Does a tier rate apply to all of the week's host earnings, or only to the amount above each threshold?
- What happens to commission in a week when host earnings are below $300?
- What is the minimum requirement for a sub-agent to qualify for the 10% sub-agency share?
- Is there a minimum withdrawal amount for agency wallets?
- Is any fee or deposit involved in registering? (No fee is stated in the documents we have.)
- What are the current application steps, and which official app should hosts install?
Review the host rules and account-ban conditions as well. Host violations can affect the earnings your commission is based on.
Cherry agency FAQs
How do I enquire about Cherry agency registration?
Use the "Enquire About Agency Registration" button on this page. It opens WhatsApp with a message addressed to +91 9233262700. You can edit the message before you send it. We will then explain the current application process. Sending a message does not register or approve an agency.
What are the Cherry agency commission tiers?
Level A $300+ (15%), Level B $600+ (18%), Level C $1,000+ (20%), Level D $2,000+ (25%), Level E $5,000+ (35%) and Level F $10,000+ (40%), based on weekly host earnings. The document's examples use 10%, and that mismatch has not been resolved.
When are commissions calculated?
Every Monday at 7:30 AM IST. Commission is credited to the agency wallet every Monday.
How does sub-agency commission work?
An agency can earn 10% of the weekly commission of qualifying sub-agents. If a sub-agent earns $500 in commission, the parent agency receives $50. The share comes from the sub-agent's commission, not from host revenue. The qualifying minimum has not been confirmed.
Is Cherry agency registration free?
The documents supplied to us do not mention a registration fee, but we have not confirmed whether any fee applies. Ask us directly in your enquiry. Be cautious of anyone who asks for an upfront payment without a clear written explanation. This website does not take payments.
What happens below the first listed threshold of $300?
The policy does not say. The table starts at $300+ per week, and no rate is listed below it. We have not confirmed whether commission is zero, a different rate or something else, and we do not assume one.
